  1. Synopsis:
  2.    bind <key> bold
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This function toggles the current boldface setting.  Due to internal
  6.    limitations of the client, BOLD is displayed as a B on the input line,
  7.    regardless of the key it is bound to.
